- Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners
but may not be used for profit.
for commercial rights Will include extra fees.- I own all rights to the work.
Putting my work into AI engines is prohibited.
I'm allowed to post on my social media, unless requested otherwise.
I'M allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio- I have every right to decline the commission
If the request falls under topics i wont draw for moral reasons
If i feel like i cant complete a commission in the specified amount of time.- The time period of the commission.
Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished.
Rush orders with a close deadline Will incur additional fees.
Please give me at most 3 months max to complete the commission just in case something arises.
I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my drawings, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.- Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit.. Please provide visual references.
Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.- Payment
Payment is via PayPal only. An invoice will be sent by me. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch as been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).- Process
Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork.Once I'm finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will send you full res. png file(s) of the work. No physical product will be delivered.
